Those of you that know me, know I have storm anxiety, but I am also amazing and in awe at the beauty of nature and the art that it brings. I was so sad because I drove out to Arrington Vinyard for my sweet friend and manicure glitter queen, Melissa's, Birthday party and I just could stay long. I watched mother nature slowly creep up on us, and I just don't play with her. I start getting nervous, my parents call me, and I never have had a panic attack, but being through hurricanes and tornados, Mrs Mother Nature scares me. At the same time, I'm in love with her and all of her beauty.
I rushed home, and as I was sitting on the couch, I looked over and saw this beautiful pink sky staring in at me, so I grabbed my cannon and captures these shots. This is one of the joys of living on Katie Hill. Nothing is more beautiful that watching a thunderstorm and listening to her howling. I hope you all enjoy these as much as I do, I wish that you could have experienced it.
As always, it reminds me of how blessed I am to live here, and how blessed I am to experience nature everyday. I am also reminded that storms are just as beautiful as the sunshine . Even if they make me nervous as hell.
